Sometimes, it happens that you want to run your PC with your own native language or that language with you feel comfortable. Microsoft provided a facility of multiple languages. You can change display language in your as per your suitability. Here, we are looking for changing the default language of PC.
How To Change Display Language in Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 8.1 & Windows 7
If you want to change display language. Commonly, the default language of PC is English. So, you have to follow few steps to change default display language.
Install a New Language
In this step, First, you have to sign in to Windows 10. Make sure that you are using an administrative account.
Go to “Start Menu” and go to “Settings “ > “Time & Language”.

Select Your Region And Language
To do this, you have to go to “Region & language” (Left Pane). After that you have to select “Add a language” (Right Pane).
After the above steps, you will get a window which contains a number of different nation’s languages. Select language which you have to keep on your PC. And after selecting that language, it will start downloading.
Select downloaded Language
In this step, You have new downloaded language. Now, you have to apply that language pack as Windows default system language. You can use new language pack in whole System.
In which account, you are in login meanwhile you select any downloaded language set as default for a particular account. So, that language will be the default language for that particular account.

Welcome Screen and new user account setting
After the above process, you have to go on this window “Control Panel > Region”.
In the next step, you have to select the “Administrative“ tab and click on “Copy settings”. Then, you will get a new window with “Welcome screen and system accounts” and “new user accounts”. In that window, you have to select options as you want.
