Salora Arya Z2 with 5-inch HD display, KitKat OS launched at Rs 6999

Salora International has introduced its Salora Arya Z2 smartphone in the Indian market at Rs. 6,999. The handset is now available in the country, exclusively on the Amazon and comes with an introductory offer of 8GB MicroSD card and a flip cover free. The company’s own established service network from SILCARE offers 250 Salora Smartphone service centers across the 189 cities in the country.

The Salora Arya Z2 sports a 5-inch 720p HD IPS display based on OGS technology. Powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT 658A processor coupled with a Mali 400MP2 GPU and fueled by a 1800 mAh battery, the smartphone comes pre-loaded with the Android v4.4 KitKat operating system. It also has 1GB RAM and 4GB of internal storage and support 32GB MicroSD card.

The device comes with dual SIM (GSM+GSM) connectivity, and support 3G, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and WiFi connectivity options. It houses an 8-megapixel (Interpolated to 13MP) rear camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera (Interpolated to 5MP). It sports a 3.5 mm audio jack and FM Radio connectivity. The Salora Arya Z2 weighs just 155 grams and measures in at 7.55 mm thick.

Samsung Galaxy Core 2 price drop to Rs. 8,007 — In just a week after the launch of the Android One smartphones, Samsung has reduced the price of its Galaxy Core 2 smartphone. The device is now available at Rs. 8,007 on Samsung India eStore. It was launched at a price point of Rs. 11,900, in July 2014.

We already know that the Samsung Galaxy Core 2 is an Android v4.4 KitKat Dual SIM handset with 3G support, it has a 4.5″ display, 1.2 GHz quad-core processor, 768MB RAM, 4GB built in storage, MicroSD slot, 5MP rear camera with flash, VGA front camera, 2000 mAh battery, WiFi, GPS + GLONASS, Bluetooth and FM Radio with RDS.
